Zorobabel Bicaba is a Ph.D. student in economics at the Paris School of Economics and the Université Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne. His majors are international macroeconomics, financial economics and econometrics. His research has mainly concentrated on the topic of complementarity of financial reforms, financial instability, and economic performances. Since February 2010, he has worked part-time as trainee in the French Finances Ministry. In January 2011, his research paper “Do Financial Reforms and Reforms Sequences Matter for International Capital?” was named the second best entry at the Global Development Network conference.
