Matthieu Montalban is maître de conférences (associate professor) in economics at the University of Bordeaux. He’s specialist of industrial organization, economics of innovation and institutional economics. His main stream of research are the analyzis of the process of transformations of capitalism at a the level of industries and the social construction of markets. He worked on financialization of capitalism and pharmaceutical industry and now he is working on digialization of capitalism, especially on platform economy and cryptocurrencies.
